Your Personal Wine & Food Consultant Clare, Certified Chef, Le Cordon Bleu I needed to take the time to update this page, since I am no longer new at Bella Vino. I am the General Manager and Buyer for Bella Vino. A bit about me: Simply put I LOVE WINE!!! However, my passion really lies with the combination of food and wine together. I am a certified chef, accredited with the Le Cordon Bleu certification and classically trained in the culinary arts. I am also a food & wine consultant and have another business. I left the "Back of the House", because I am also what people call "A Front of the House Person". What does that mean exactly? It means that I really enjoy discovering what people’s needs and wants in wine are and providing them with a wine that is the perfect match for their palate. I personally taste every wine I bring into the store and am confident that whatever your palate may be, we have several golden gems to dance on your tongue. I am interested in making customers for life, not a one-time sale. In addition to wine, I also personally taste every specialty beer, we bring into the store. I would also love to know what kind of wine and beer events pique your interest. Is it tasting new varietals or meeting talented Wine makers?
