Dark cherry and bramble fruit lead to a medium full mouth feel and fresh flavors of blackberries with a hint of bakers chocolate. Beginning with the 2005 vintage, we have chosen to bottle this wine unfiltered in order to preserve all of its charm and character. Food Pairing: Sweet-spice rubbed or marinated pork, ribs, and steaks are a natural match for this full Zinfandel.
