Appearance: Dark brown and getting lighter as the glass weighs less. Alot of sediment at the bottom of the bottle Nose: Caramel and blackberries giving the hint that this Belgian ale will be sweet. Taste: Slightly sour right off the front but finishing sweet. Some of the best combinations in a Belgian ale. Light buttery beer with a perfect finish that leaves you breathing through your nose just to experience more.
