White Wines:
Hunter III, 2007 Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley - Robert Hunter is the same wine maker for Bennett Lane! Hunter III is his own line of wine! Pale Straw. Intense floral notes of honeysuckle and gardenia, with hints of white peach fruit. Juicy, mouth watering flavors of stone fruit with a creamy yet crisp finish. (This wine is blending with 3% viognier which is evident on the nose. However the palate is all SB! -Clare). $9.00/Glass
Paraiso 2005 Eagle's Perch Chardonnay, Santa Lucia Highlands - Wow!!! This chardonnay totally blew me away when I tasted it with the winemaker a couple of weeks ago! If you like BIG and Pineapple, then you will love this wine as much as I did! These vines are 30 years old. There are few California Chardonnay makers that can produce ripe tropical flavors backed by a Burgundian minerality finish! This wine is great on its own or with food. If you are looking for an exciting chardonnay that won't bore you, then check this baby out. I only brought in one 6 pack!$12.00/Glass
